MASS How to register with EventBrite

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

As you can expect, things will look a little different when we return to church. For that reason, I, m including a few resources to help us understand how the registration for Mass is going to take place. The guidelines for re-opening of our church is included in my previous email and also in our parish website (

How to register for parish Mass with Eventbrite:

Register for Mass using eventbrite

Here is the link to our EventBrite page:

The Registration with EventBrite is very simple. You will be required to give the name and email address of those you wish to register. You will be receiving a ticket on your email once the registration is confirmed. It is recommended to bring a printout/e-ticket of your registration.

And here are instructions on how to use it:

Please register only those who will DEFINITELY ATTEND. Registration is on a first come – first served basis, and closes on Friday evening before the weekend. The Church will be open 40 minutes prior to the mass for entrance to registered attendees. Arrive AT LEAST 15 min before the start of Mass. If you arrive at the church and your name is not on the list of registered persons scheduled at the Mass you have selected, you will not be able to attend that Mass unless there is leftover room (i.e. other registered person/s did not attend; socially distanced spacing can be maintained).

If EventBrite is not available to you, you may CALL OR EMAIL the office for assistance. Please leave a detailed message (name/s of person/s intending to come, which Mass and specific date and time). Note that, if you leave a voice message on the parish answering machine, your attendance at the Mass you wish to attend is not confirmed unless, and until, you have received a call back from the office. EventBrite is the preferred way for you to sign up.

If you consider volunteering as a Liturgy Facilitator to keep our place safe and clean for everybody, please register with the parish office either through email or phone call. A training session for volunteers will be held on Thursday, 18th June at 7.00 pm.

A few things to note for the foreseeable future:
  • There will be no congregational singing at Masses.
  • There may be a Mass livestreamed or uploaded in our Website (also in YouTube)
  • There will be no need for altar servers.
  • The office will remain closed. For any assistance, please call 905 – 279 – 5742 (for the office) or email: (Check website for updates)
I look forward to welcoming you back soon - be assured that you remain in my prayers each day.

Sincerely in Christ,

Fr Gijo
